{"id":38,"date":"2024-01-20T02:21:09","date_gmt":"2024-01-20T02:21:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dermwave.com\/?page_id=38"},"modified":"2024-01-20T02:21:19","modified_gmt":"2024-01-20T02:21:19","slug":"refund_returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dermwave.com\/index.php\/refund_returns\/","title":{"rendered":"Refund and Returns Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><strong>How we handle returns:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We will be glad to accept all returns of products directly purchased from us, subject to the following policy and procedure:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">No refund will be made where more than one-third of the product has been used.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Shipping charges must be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All gift and complimentary items sent with the purchase must be returned to receive any refund.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Products sold as non-refundable cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><strong>Buying Several of the Same Item:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">In any order that includes multiple items of the <span class=\"s1\">same<\/span> product, only the 1st item of the same product may be returned.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>The others are non-refundable and cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For example, if the order is for 6 Cleansers and 1 Eye Cream, only 1 Cleanser and 1 Eye Cream are eligible for return.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>The remaining 5 Cleansers are non-refundable and cannot be returned.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><strong>International Orders:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Orders shipped to any international address (outside the US) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Return Instructions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested by calling 949-287-5699 or by contacting us by email at customercare@dermwave.com. You will be requested to provide us your order number, product to be returned and reason for return.\u2028\u2028&nbsp; Our customer service team will email you an RMA.<\/p>\n<p> You must ship the&nbsp;items back to us within 2 weeks from the receipt of the return authorization (RMA); using a trackable method.&nbsp; We are not responsible for any lost packages.<\/p>\n<p> The product must be packed in the original packaging and must include any promotional items that may have been included with your order, such as a gifts with purchase, etc.<\/p>\n<p> All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sales order or invoice <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">and<\/span> our RMA email.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Return Address:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dermwave <br \/><span>Attn: Returns Department<\/span> <br \/><span>2620 Walnut Ave, Unit D<\/span> <br \/><span>Tustin, CA 92780<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"avenir\"><span>\u2028\u2028<\/span><\/p>\n<p>All returns are subject to inspection.&nbsp; Any returns sent to us without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) cannot be processed or refunded.<\/p>\n<p> Please allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed.&nbsp; Shipping charges are non-refundable.&nbsp; If you paid with a gift card and credit card, the credit will first be applied to the gift card, and then to your credit card.<\/p>\n<p> Returned products that do not comply with our return policy will not qualify for a refund, and may be returned back to the customer at the customer&#8217;s expense or destroyed by us ten days after notification.\u2028\u2028<\/p>\n<p> <strong>If you have any questions, please contact our customer service 949-287-5699 or by email at customercare@dermwave.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For answers to common questions, please see our <a title=\"FAQ Page\" href=\"https:\/\/dermwave.com\/pages\/faq\">FAQ Page<\/a>.
